Catalyst Capital Group was formed in 2025 as the opportunity to expand electric vehicle infrastructure through private-market execution became increasingly clear. From inception, CCG established itself as the first private company to partner directly with Tesla in connection with its Supercharger Program.

Through this relationship, CCG has direct access to Tesla hardware, most notably and exclusively the Supercharger platform. Even more significantly, once acquired by CCG, the hardware is under CCG’s full ownership and control, giving the Company complete autonomy over where the chargers are installed and how they are deployed.

This structure allows CCG to deliver Supercharging stations to targeted markets and sites on a completely private basis, creating a level of flexibility, speed, and deployment control not available to the public under the traditional Tesla model.
